We use the remote desktop tool, GoTo Assist, to allow us to directly see the problem you're experiencing which helps up fix the problem quickly. Click the "GoTo Assist" button to connect to their website.
Once you're there, enter your name in the provided form and click "Continue". This will start the connection to our support person. If you haven't already downloaded the "GoTo Assist" application, you will be asked to do so before you'll be connected.
